To my son John Sherwen the grate in the house, a corn clock (?) and 1s.
To my son Peter Sherwen 1s.
To my daughter Ann Madder one pewter dish.
To my daughter Elisabeth Coalbank one pewter dish.
To my daughter Hannah Sherwen £25 to be paid by my executors when my son Peter come to 21 years of age, or if she marry or choose to have it early she can, provided she pays 8d per £ yearly as it becomes due.
To my daughters Jane Sherwen, Bellah Sherwen and Sarah Sherwen £25 each on the same conditions.
All the rest of my goods, chattels and cattle to my son John Sherwen and John Kitchen, they to be executors.
